A flagship retail concept for a high-design brand in Amsterdam that maps the formal and fluid qualities of the adjacent canals onto the traditional, Dutch architectural facades. A biomorphic design that uses compelling acrobatics to both partition space and curate lighting qualities for different programs and products.
An architecture that uses custom, polished GFRC panels mapped onto a rain-screen-principled facade durable and effective enough to accommodate for the wide range of weather year-round, and that uses plaster formwork on the interior to maximize the flexibility of design for wall, ceiling, shelving, and furniture.
