A contemporary art museum in the town square of a Swiss municipality for private collections and donated works. A rigorous exercise in the reduction of form, material, and aperture that allows for a contemporary building to humbly contribute to the existing character of a place many centuries old.
An architecture that deploys in-situ concrete and a measured approach to the use of natural light to remove columns and provide maximum control over each of the gallery space environments.
